Col Prabir Sengupta, VSM has spent an illustrious 25 years in Indian Army; sought VRS to pursue the passion of learning and education. He has commanded (CXO) an Infantry Battalion of 1000(+) men in war-like conditions countering Terrorism. For exceptional leadership, during command, The President of India awarded the ‘Vishisht Seva Medal’.
He is presently engaged as a Corporate trainer/facilitator, motivational speaker and YOUth mentor. He has trained over 10000 professional in areas of leadership, motivation, team-building, soft skills, PD, stress and time management at L&T, ITC, Tanishq, Titan, Tata AIG, Jet Airways, Airtel, SAIL, RBI, HSBC, HDFC, and many more organisations. He has inspired, ignited and impacted over 15000 students on soft skills, personality development, motivation, pre-placement training from IIM Lucknow, IIM Ranchi, Calcutta & Jadavpur Univ, IIEST ( BESU), XLRI, NIT Durgapur, NIT Shillong, Amity, Loreto College, ILead, IEM, Techno India, Heritage College, NSHM, among others.
As Professor of Practice at IIT Ropar, he bridges the gap between academia and defense, driving cutting-edge research and future technologies, while inspiring others through motivational sessions on attitudinal realignment.
