Her military career demonstrates how resilience and leadership can flourish even in the most challenging circumstances.
After her distinguished military service, Captain Tyagi served as Director of ECHS Polyclinic, a Ministry of Defence Project, where she skillfully managed unique challenges in insurgency-prone areas. She later led “Asha School” in Patna, an institution dedicated to differently-abled children. Today, through her YouTube channel ‘Shaurya Tales,’ she shares stories of military courage and leadership insights that inspire India’s youth. As a sought-after Motivational Speaker and Leadership Coach, she has delivered over 200 talks for organizations including Infosys, DanFoss, Axis Bank Mutual Fund, and Bain & Co.
