A globally respected leadership coach, mental conditioning expert, and high-performance strategist, Paddy Upton brings over 30 years of experience coaching elite teams and leaders across sport and business on five continents. He played a pivotal role in helping the Indian cricket team win the 201 1 ICC Cricket World Cup and achieve their first-ever World No. 1 Test ranking, and as Performance Director, guided the South African team to become the first in history to hold the World No. 1 ranking across all three formats. Beyond international cricket, Paddy has served as Head Coach for multiple T20 franchises across the IPL, BBL, and PSL, and has coached athletes from 21 different sports, including six world champions and 25 World Players of the Year. He is also the author of the best-selling book The Barefoot Coach and serves as Professor of Practice at Deakin University (Melbourne, Australia).
