On 3rd December, KNUTS.in facilitated a powerful and insightful session for a leading Indian conglomerate, where Voice of Value Vineet Saraiwala unpacked what disability inclusion in the workplace truly looks like.
VoV Vineet Saraiwala is the founder & CEO of Atypical Advantage, India’s largest inclusive platform that creates economic opportunities for persons with disabilities across art, talent, and livelihoods. Vineet did his Post Graduation from IIM Bangalore & was later responsible for making shopping accessible for millions of Persons with Disability in India with the Future Group. He has cycled 5000+ Km on his tandem bike & strongly believes that generation of compassion is the only way to make the world a better place. Living with a degenerative eye condition, he has become one of the country’s leading voices for disability rights and inclusive employment.
The session opened up an engaging conversation on what true inclusivity looks like within organisations. It highlighted how companies can move beyond compliance to create environments where persons with disabilities can thrive — through accessible processes, mindful leadership, and a culture that embraces difference as a strength.
