Having served in the most demanding conditions while pregnant, she shattered stereotypes and proved that excellence knows no gender. Her military career showcases how structured systems, disciplined planning, and agile leadership allow supply chains to operate even in the harshest circumstances.
After her distinguished military service, Captain Tyagi served as Director of ECHS Polyclinic, a Ministry of Defence Project, where she skillfully managed complex operational challenges in insurgency-prone regions. She later led “Asha School” in Patna, an institution dedicated to differently-abled children. Today, through her YouTube channel ‘Shaurya Tales,’ she shares stories of military courage and leadership insights that inspire India’s youth. As a sought-after Motivational Speaker and Leadership Coach, she has delivered over 200 talks for organizations including Infosys, Danfoss, Axis Bank Mutual Fund, and Bain & Co.
