On 13th March, KNUTS.in facilitated an engaging session for a leading Indian multinational paint company, featuring Voice of Value Dr S Somanath. During the session, Dr. Somanath shared reflections from his decades of experience at the forefront of India’s space program. As part of the engagement, he also served as a judge for a global student competition, reviewing ideas and innovations presented by college students from India and across the world, encouraging the next generation of thinkers and problem-solvers.
VoV Dr. S. Somanath is the former Chairman of the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) and one of India’s most respected space scientists and technologists. A key force behind landmark missions such as Chandrayaan-3, Aditya-L1, and Gaganyaan, he has played a pivotal role in shaping India’s next-generation space exploration vision. Under his leadership, ISRO expanded private sector participation and strengthened India’s position in the global space ecosystem.
