VoV Sandeep Khanna is the Founder & CEO at Better Versions. Better Versions was created with a singular belief-- to help people, teams and organizations become better versions of themselves.
Before being a coach & consultant, Sandeep started off his career in advertising at DDB Mudra Group and then was the Strategic Planning Director at BBDO Singapore. Having lived across Vietnam, Philippines and Singapore for the last 23 odd years, Sandeep has had a stellar corporate career. He was appointed as Head of Marketing for ICI Paints in Vietnam then moved on to Head of Marketing for Nokia Philippines. After almost 5 years with Nokia, Sandeep shifted to LG Electronics as its Vice President--Corporate Marketing for Asia Pacific. In 2015, Sandeep was working with Facebook as its Regional Learning and Development Partner for SEA and India. After a couple of years at Facebook, Sandeep donned the role of Global Lead- People & Org. Development at one of Asia’s biggest start-ups – Grab. He then moved on to WDHB at its MD for APAC and then as the Vice President and Global Head of Talent and Culture at Cialfo before starting his independent coaching and consulting business at Better Versions.
