On 31st October, KNUTS.in partnered with an MNC to facilitate a virtual session where our VoV Mugdha Kalra shared her knowledge and insights on neurodiversity - understanding what it is, late diagnosis, self-advocacy, inclusion in the workplace, the Disability Bill, hiring neurodiverse individuals, and more.
VoV Mugdha Kalra is a broadcast journalist, neurodiversity activist, and inclusion strategist. She has been named by the BBC as one of the top 100 most inspiring and influential women in the world for the year 2021. This recognition comes from her work as an inclusion activist. Mugdha is a co-founder of the movement ‘Not That Different’. She is also a corporate trainer & writer on Diversity and inclusion and has written several films on corporate conduct, PoSH, and Biases. She has also extensively reported on women in Indian corporations via her series 'Dear India Inc'. As a member of the Financial Literacy Council of Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce & Industry, (WICCI), Mugdha has been curating content on financial freedom for women and collaborating with platforms like Shethepeople, Mentormyboard, Lean in, and the Leapclub for women entrepreneurs. Gender and intersectionality are subjects close to her heart.
