Currently the Vice President of Industrial Automation at Schneider Electric, he serves as Business Head with P&L responsibilities. Senthil has a proven track record in setting up, turning around, and scaling up business functions aligned with organizational goals. His expertise includes general management, strategic planning, sales, marketing, customer management, and operations. Recognized for decisive leadership, he excels in facing challenges, making sound decisions, and driving strategic business agendas, contributing significantly to growth and market leadership.
VoV Ankur Chaturvedi, Associate VP at Emami Ltd, is a certified ESG expert with 25+ years in operations and supply chain leadership. Holding an MBA from ICFAI and an MDP from IIM Ahmedabad, he drives ESG and Operational Excellence at the globally renowned consumer goods company. Ankur excels in building cross-functional teams, negotiating with stakeholders, and optimizing resources. He also holds certifications in ESG and Sustainability and is a trained assessor for prestigious business excellence models in India. He is a former soldier and NDA alumnus and is fluent in six languages, he is a TEDx speaker, published author, and holds honorary positions contributing to nation-building and mentoring young talent in industry and government bodies.
