He is a tech geek specially in the domain of information technology. He started his entrepreneurship journey at the age of 19. Over the last 6+ years, he mentored a lot of budding startups with his business strategies. Also helped many renowned organizations to find the right tech solutions and build their tech products to fit in the market.

Presently, Rishav devote his time as a:

CTO of Webingo, he monitors the process of operation as a top management and introduces innovation and creativity to his company.
Mentor who Helps many potential entrepreneurs to find the right path and shape up their idea with 1:1 sessions virtually. Also helps them connect with right people as per the requirement.
Tech consultant and advisor to many renowned organizations to find the right tech solution of hiring tech team, building SOPs in day-to-day operation, end-to-end flawless encrypted system, planning and process to launch a product with marketing team using suitable tools or softwares.
Keynote speaker, motivational speaker and judge at many tech events which he does for his passion of making Indian youth more proactive and to be a today's doer.

When Rishav started the journey, it was not easy. He belonged to a middle-class background. The very first venture of Rishav was Webingo which he started with 500 rupees of his pocket money. Gradually, he started acquiring clients and building a strong network in the startup ecosystem.

From a bootstrapped business to a million dollar business, from a freelancer to the Cofounder of a company which has 50+ people in a team all over India, he built it with this never give-up mindset, innovation and thirst towards technology. Though Rishav was the one of the college toppers. His college recognises him as the most innovative mind & as a successful entrepreneur on campus as an alumni.

Nowadays, Rishav shapes up many business ideas, helps to build technology assets for many renowned organizations like Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) & West Bengal Government. Helping many overseas companies to structure their organizations with tools and customized softwares.

He has been invited by many renowned colleges and organizations in India as a keynote speaker like IIT Kharagpur, IEM Kolkata, Techno India Group, GNIT, iLead, SVIST, AIESEC etc. Rishav had already been featured under many reputed media coverages: The Statesman, Deccan Herald, Midday, APN Live, Daily Hunt & Medium etc.
